The helpful reception staff assisted with all inquiries. Breakfast included many tasty options. I appreciated the proximity to public transport. The Lanxess Arena was very close. Travel was easy for the concert I attended.
The air conditioning did not adequately cool the room during warmer days, not ideal.

I liked the breakfast buffet. It was extensive. the dining room is very spacious, very well-organized, and quite bright. the room included chocolates on the pillows, a nice touch, and the beds were big. i found the staff very helpful. They provided information when asked.
the air conditioner didn't work well. the room temperature felt higher than outside, especially after a long day. one day, the ac gave up entirely during high heat.

the breakfast Was great and offered many choices. The staff was friendly, it helped me a lot. The hotel Is located close to the arena where I attended an event.

The location was very convenient for attending an event at the arena. The staff seemed friendly and helpful during check-in. Breakfast offered a good selection of options in the spacious restaurant. The room was clean and well-equipped.
The air conditioning did not work well in my room. It made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature, especially on warmer days. The internet was also unreliable, frustrating since I needed to work . Reception could not resolve the issue.
